Space for
The essentials.
Houses to live.
Spaces that exist in everyday life.
and interior design.
Selected projects

Think from the place.
Plan for people.
We design residential buildings, further develop existing buildings and design interiors. The starting point is the place, its possibilities and the people who use it.
Build something new.
Reimagine what exists.
We look at buildings and interiors as a whole. At the beginning, we will clarify together what planning your project needs.
New construction+
Land, space program and budget form the basis. We develop a design from it and work out floor plans, construction and details up to execution planning.
Renovation and existing buildings+
What can remain, what must change? We check the existing structure, open floor plans and plan additions that fit the building and its future use.
Interior design+
We coordinate materials, lighting and fixtures. From the layout of the room to the furniture connection, the details are developed together.
This is how
Your project.

Ask the right questions.
We discuss your ideas, the location and the financial framework. Existing documents help to identify opportunities and limits early on.
From the idea
to the project.
When is the right time for a first conversation?
A first idea is a good starting point. Describe what should change, which rooms you need and what is important to you in everyday life. A finished room program or a fixed plot are not necessary for the first orientation.
Which documents will help you get started?
Existing floor plans, a location plan and current photos make the initial situation tangible. Complete your wishes, a rough financial framework and possible dates. If documents are missing, it will first be clarified what is needed for the next steps.
New construction or conversion: How to find the right way?
At the beginning are your requirements and the possibilities of the property or building. In the case of a conversion, the condition, the existing structure and the desired use are added. This can develop what can be preserved and where changes are useful.
Is it about individual rooms?
Interior design can begin with a living area, a kitchen or a new layout. The decisive factor is how the area is used and related to the adjacent rooms. Materials, light and fixtures are matched to this.
How is the budget included in the planning?
A realistic financial framework is part of the draft from the outset. It helps to set priorities and compare different possibilities. In addition to the implementation, planning, ancillary costs and a reserve for unforeseen items are also taken into account.
What scope can planning have?
This depends on where your project is and what support you need. The possible scope includes design, floor plans, material concept and the elaboration of details up to execution planning. Which steps are taken and which other experts are involved will be defined at the beginning.
How's the cooperation going?
First, wishes, place and framework conditions are collected. This is followed by drafts, which are discussed together and gradually specified. The plans and details for the next steps emerge from the coordinated direction.
How much time should I schedule for my project?
The scope, the condition of the building and necessary adjustments determine the time frame. A resilient process arises when these basic principles are clarified. Desired dates should therefore be named early and planning, approvals and implementation should be considered together.
Tell us
of your idea.
A new building, a reconstruction or new rooms in the inventory. A few sentences are enough to get into the conversation.
