Where can I find dimensions and material specifications?
On each product page there are material and colour in the description. Under "Material & Dimensions" you will find the dimensions and further details, such as the frame of a lamp or the seat height of an armchair. Compare this information with the place you provided at home.
How do I maintain the individual materials?
The appropriate care is on each product page under "Maintenance". Ceramics are cleaned with a soft, damp cloth, cushions are gently removed and metal surfaces are wiped dry. Lights are separated from the current before cleaning.
How much does the delivery cost and how long does it take?
In the shop concept the delivery costs 4,90 €; from 150 € commodity value this amount no longer applies. For parcel items are 3 to 5 working days, for furniture 7 to 10 working days. The respective period can be found in the product, the shipping costs in your shopping cart.
Can I change my selection in the shopping cart?
Yes. You can customize quantities and remove individual items. A just remote position can be added via "Undo" again. The value of the goods, shipping and total amount are recalculated.
Can I buy something via STUDIO?
STUDIO shows what a shop with product pages, shopping cart and order overview can look like. You can compile the selection and try all the steps shown. No order is triggered and no payment is made.
