Website redesign

Redesign your website.

Does your website no longer reflect what you offer, lack important information or feel awkward to use on a phone? We review your existing site and improve its structure, content, design and technical setup. First, we work with you to identify what can stay and whether targeted improvements or a full redesign would make sense.

For businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Bulgaria. We can work entirely online, agreeing the schedule and project scope in advance.

Review your website and define the next steps

We review your pages, navigation, copy, images and contact options on phones and computers. We also establish which platform you use and which features need to stay. Available search or traffic data can inform the assessment. You receive an overview of the proposed work and its priorities as the basis for agreeing the project scope.

Improve individual pages or rebuild the website

If the technical setup and basic structure still work well, targeted improvements may be enough: clearer service pages, simpler navigation or fewer steps to make an enquiry, for example. A full redesign may be appropriate when your offering, site structure or platform changes substantially. Our quote specifies which pages and features we will work on, what we will keep and which additions are optional.

Review the content and design in a preview

We organise your content around your visitors’ questions: what do you offer, who is it for and what should they do next? We review existing copy and images with you and plan any additional content before development begins. A separate preview lets you see the new structure and design. We also use it to review mobile readability, navigation and contact options with you.

Plan for page URLs and search engines during the transition

We document existing page URLs within the agreed scope and record which ones will stay. For addresses that change, we identify suitable destination pages and set up redirects. During the transition, we check internal links, page titles, indexability and the sitemap. With the necessary access, we can also agree a follow-up review in your Google Search Console. Changes in search visibility also depend on content, competition and how search engines process the site.

Launch, check and show you how to manage the site

Before approval, we check the agreed pages, links and forms, along with the layout at different screen sizes. We plan the transition around your domain, hosting and email setup where relevant. After your approval, we publish the new version and recheck the main paths to making an enquiry. At handover, you receive the agreed access and an introduction to managing the site. Further maintenance and support can be agreed separately if needed.

Can I keep my domain when relaunching my website?

Usually, yes. A redesign does not automatically require a new domain or email provider. Before the transition, we review with you where your domain, website and mailboxes are managed and what access is needed. If the hosting changes, we agree the technical steps separately.

How much does a website redesign cost?

The work involved depends on your current platform, the number of pages and the content and features needed. Updating individual pages is a different scope of work from changing platforms and migrating content. After reviewing your website and discussing your requirements, we prepare a quote covering the services, costs and process. We discuss any ongoing costs, such as hosting or maintenance, separately.

Will my current website stay online during the redesign?

We prepare the new version in a separate preview while your current website remains online. We schedule the switch after your approval. Whether a brief interruption is needed depends on the hosting, platform and any integrations. We clarify these points before the transition.

How long does a website redesign take?

That depends on the agreed scope and which copy, images and access details are already available. A platform change or external integrations can also affect the process. Our quote sets out the steps and the feedback needed from you. If a particular launch date matters, we check before you commission the work whether it is realistic for the scope.

What information do you need to get started?

For an initial assessment, your website address, the main changes you want and any details you know about your current platform are enough. For the project itself, we then establish the access needed, the copy and images available and who will approve the designs. This helps you prepare any missing content.

Celovia is a fashion brand owned by INTELVIA EOOD. We built a new Shopify store for it, handling the theme, design, images and content ourselves. The project overview shows our work on product and collection pages, along with information about ordering. It gives you a concrete look at the design and development of our own business project.

An example of a clearer page structure

Our own architecture concept RAUM illustrates a possible design with clear navigation, a project overview and contact options. It is an independently developed design example, not a client reference. You can find a before-and-after comparison on our homepage.

What should your website explain better or make easier to do?

Send us your website address and two or three things you would like to change. If you can tell us which platform you currently use and your preferred launch date, that will help with our initial assessment. Together, we’ll agree the next steps.
