How much does the delivery cost?
In the shop concept the shipping costs are 4,90 € per shopping cart. From a value of 150 €, this amount is not applicable. The shipping costs are shown separately in the summary and taken into account in the total.
What delivery times are planned?
Package items such as the Vase Sora and the Light Line are provided for 3 to 5 working days. Furniture such as the Alma armchair is indicated with 7 to 10 working days. You can find the respective period on the product page under "Delivery & Return".
What should I check in advance for a piece of furniture?
Compare the product dimensions with the intended place and access to your home. At the Alma armchair you will find width, depth and seat height under "Material & Dimensions". Thus, it is already possible to assess before the selection whether the piece fits well into the room.
Do the shipping costs change when I edit the shopping cart?
Yes, the calculation automatically adapts to the value of the goods. If your selection is less than 150 €, the shopping cart also shows the amount that is still missing until free shipping. You can change quantities and articles before the order overview.
Is something already being sent after "Check Order"?
Nope. This allows you to open the overview of your selection including shipping and total. STUDIO is an example shop: No order is triggered, no payment is processed and no goods are shipped.
