Show us your current website or describe what you want to create. Together, we identify the pages and features you need and the copy and images already available.
02Review the proposalYou receive a proposal outlining the services, costs and timeline.
The offer describes what we implement and what content you provide. Possible running costs are also discussed. On this basis, you decide whether you want to hire us.
03Review the designYou preview the website and give feedback on its design and content.
You can view the pages on the computer and on the smartphone and try out the functions. We discuss your feedback and implement the adjustments within the agreed scope.
04Launch your websiteYour website goes live after your approval.
Before launch, we check the layout, links and features. We then give you access and show you how to manage your content. If you need ongoing support, we discuss the next steps.

How much does a website or online store cost?
The cost depends on the number of pages, features and content you need. After our first conversation, we provide a quote listing the services included. We discuss ongoing costs for hosting, Shopify and other services separately.
Does my existing website need a complete rebuild?
Not always. We review your website and explain which content and features you can keep and where changes would help.
Do you also redesign existing Shopify stores?
Yes. We can improve navigation, product pages and the mobile experience. We start by reviewing your theme, product data and existing integrations.
What content do I need to get started?
For our first conversation, a description of your business and what you want to achieve is enough. Existing copy, images, your logo and your current website help us plan. Together, we identify any content still needed.
How long will the project take?
That depends on the scope and the content needed. We agree a timeline after our first conversation. Let us know your preferred launch date early so we can allow time for feedback and approval.
Can I review the design before my website goes live?
Yes. You can review the design, copy and features in a preview. We discuss your feedback and make the agreed changes. Your website goes live only after your approval.
What does SEO include?
We review your website’s technical setup, structure and content. This includes page titles, internal links and content that answers your customers’ searches. We agree with you which improvements to make and how to track progress.
Can I update copy, images or products myself?
Yes, if we build your website with a system that supports this. Tell us early which content you want to manage yourself. At handover, we provide the access you need and show you how to make updates.
Can I keep my domain and email addresses?
You can usually keep your existing domain. Before making changes, we review your provider and email setup so we can plan the transition with you.
Who looks after the website after launch?
We can provide hosting, maintenance and further updates on request. We agree the tasks and ongoing costs with you in advance.
